All intellectual property rights related to the content, design, and branding created by Studio Barnes remain the property of Studio Barnes until full payment has been received.

  • Client Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client will have full rights to use the final designs and branding as agreed upon in the project scope.
  • Studio Barnes Ownership: Studio Barnes retains the right to use the completed work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio displays, social media, and marketing materials.

9. Confidentiality

Studio Barnes respects the confidentiality of its clients. Any confidential information shared between the parties during the course of a project will be protected and not disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Studio Barnes makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or services provided. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
